What does it cost, and are you the cheapest?

No, and we wouldn’t want to be. We’re a premium, per-user managed service priced to invest properly in your security and direction. You’ll get a clear, costed proposal after a free assessment, so there are no surprises.

Are we tied in?

We work on committed terms, typically 12–36 months, that’s what lets us plan and invest in your business. We de-risk that with a free assessment up front and a 90-day guarantee (terms apply, set out in your agreement), so committing is low-risk.

What are your response times?

Clear response targets: critical issues within 30 minutes, high-priority within 1 hour, standard within 4 hours, and minor within 1 working day. The helpdesk runs 08:00–18:00 Mon–Fri, backed by a 24×7 SOC that watches for threats around the clock, a separate, always-on workflow distinct from helpdesk tickets.

Do you do websites too?

We started out, and at our core remain, a managed IT and security partner. But we kept running into the same thing: a client’s website quietly letting them down, a domain lapsing so the whole site went dark, or a web provider whose support simply wasn’t good enough. So rather than watch it keep happening, we built our own Web & Digital team and held it to the same high standard as everything else we do. Design and development now sit alongside the same team that already secures and runs your technology, there when you need it, without becoming another supplier to manage.
